- Home automation
- Six remotes on the coffee table become one. Anyone in the family, guests or staff can run the TV, lights, thermostats and shades from a touch panel, keypad or phone.
- Lighting control
- Set scenes for dinner, arrival or leaving the house. One button turns every light off; shades lower on schedule to protect artwork, rugs and furniture from the sun.
- Multi-room audio
- Music from Spotify, Tidal or AirPlay in any room, terrace or pool. Speakers go in walls, ceilings or the garden so they don’t compete with the architecture.
- Media rooms and theaters
- Acoustically treated rooms with measured speaker placement, calibrated audio and video, controlled lighting and seating positioned for clear sightlines.
- Audio and video calibration
- Reflections from walls and furniture muddy the bass and blur dialog. We measure and correct each room so it sounds close to the original recording.
- Motorized shades and drapery
- Turn harsh glare into soft light, keep privacy without losing the view, reduce solar heat gain and darken bedrooms for sleep.
- Pool, spa and irrigation
- Heat the spa from the bedroom, schedule pumps and water features, monitor water health and run sprinklers remotely when the garden looks dry on camera.
- Security and surveillance
- Live cameras on the touch panel or phone, remote arming for staff visits, and alerts for events like a wine-cellar temperature rise or a water leak.
- Entry systems
- When someone rings, your phone rings. See the visitor on video, talk to them and open the gate, from inside the house or abroad.
- Networking
- The network is the backbone of every system above. We favor hard-wired infrastructure and enterprise Wi-Fi designed for audio, video, voice and control at once.
